They are photographed on an 8-foot by 14-foot green screen, allowing us to import the slab’s image into a program that combines the slab image with the cut file from the template. This step is where art meets technology. The saw technician arranges the cut pieces on the slab image, optimizing the flow and pattern across the material. A digital layout is produced, showing the cuts across the slab in real time. This crucial step gives customers a preview of their countertops, eliminating any surprises and ensuring satisfaction with the final product.

Before cutting, the slabs are sealed in a two-part process to protect them during fabrication. They are then placed on our CNC saw, which utilizes both saw and waterjet technology to cut the slabs according to the precise measurements from the laser template. Following the sawing process, the cut pieces are handed over to skilled fabricators who hand polish, shape, and refine the cuts until they reach perfection.

Once the fabrication process is complete, the countertops are wrapped in protective film to prevent scratches during transport, marking them ready for installation. Installations are typically carried out by two skilled installers, ensuring a seamless fit. However, should any unforeseen challenges arise, our installers are equipped to make on-site modifications.

After the countertops are installed, the only step left is for a licensed plumber to connect the plumbing to the sink we’ve installed, leaving the customer with beautiful, custom countertops ready for years of use.
